So, you want to get on the Vegan train, but not everyone you feed is on board... you can still provide quick/ healthy (vegan) meals that will get eaten.

**What has worked for me is to make things that didn't seem "weird"
Things they can identify such as:

1. Stir fry with less meat & more veggies
2. Tacos with alternative ground beef, add a can of rinsed (kidney, black or pinto) beans + corn or shredded carrot to the taco meat while cooking so carrot softens and blends into the meat
3. Veggie cheese burgers with (frozen) onion rings
4. Alternative meatballs/ ground beef with pasta & sauce + veggies or salad

Believe in the Power of Positive Thinking

Change Your Outlook via Positive Thinking

In addition to eating healthy, having a healthy mindset is also key to improving your well-being. At busy veganista, we are true believers in the power of positive thinking.

Remember: "I can't control everything in my life, but I can control what I put in my body."
What you think, you become.
What you feel, you attract.
What you imagine, you create.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Failure is a bruise, not a tattoo.

What we see depends mainly on what we look for.

To change your life, you have to change yourself; To change yourself you have to change your mindset.

Wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it; right is right even if nobody is doing it

Every experience I have is perfect for my growth.

Everything I need is within me. I have enough, I do enough, I am enough.

Inflammation Info

Decrease Your Levels of Inflammation

According to a 2012 report from the National Institutes of Health, inflammation has been a well-known cause of many infectious diseases for years. However, molecular and epidemiological research increasingly suggests that it is also linked to a range of non-infectious diseases (diabetes, cancer, heart disease).

In addition to eating healthy, having a healthy mindset is also key to improving your well-being. At busy veganista, we are true believers in the power of positive thinking.

Dr. Corey Kirshner has written in his book The Whole Body Cure that eight of the top 10 leading causes of death in the U.S. can be directly linked to inflammation as the root cause. He says that scientific evidence shows that we can make positive, effective interventions at any point in the inflammation process. Veganista is here to help you make those changes via a healthier diet.
